Refund Policy

Transparency and Fairness in Our Billing Practices

We maintain a no-refund policy. However, we value our students' trust and consider exceptions in specific technical scenarios.

Refunds Will Be Considered Only If:

  • Duplicate payment was made due to a technical error.
  • The user was charged but did not get access to the subscription within 72 hours due to our fault.
  • Legal or regulatory directives mandate a refund.

Refunds Will NOT Be Provided For:

  • Non-winning participation.
  • Dissatisfaction with quiz results.
  • Unused subscription period.
  • Cheating or account suspension due to violation of fair play.

Refund Process

Refund requests must be submitted to billing@examchamp99.com within 7 days of payment.

Verified refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10–15 working days.
