Standard Terms of Use for ExamChamp99 Platform

By using ExamChamp99, you agree to abide by the following conditions:

Eligibility

  • Minimum age: 15 years
  • Students below 18 years must have parental/guardian consent.
  • Users must be residents of India (except where restricted by law).

Account Creation

  • One account per user. Multiple or fake accounts will lead to disqualification.
  • All details must be accurate and verifiable.

Participation Rules

  • Subscription is mandatory for contest participation as a fee of the platform to participate in daily quizzes showing one’s performance indicators, dashboards & enhancing knowledge, speed, accuracy & practice capabilities which will help them to excel in future exams. However, every prize related Quiz is Free of Cost for subscribers which will get shortlisted (Based on the Merit which is above 60% of aggregate percentage of exams & Quizzes).
  • Quizzes are time-bound; late or incomplete attempts are not valid.
  • Prizes are based on performance, fairness and declared criteria.
  • Winners will be announced transparently on the platform within 2 hours of completion of the test.
  • All quizzes, tests, and exams on ExamChamp99 are time-bound.
  • All quizzes test and exams are based on participants knowledge, skills & abilities. No any quizzes & exams are not based on lottery, random selections, luck or any others unfair means.
  • Participants are responsible for ensuring they log in and start the quiz before the scheduled time.
  • Late entry will not be permitted once the exam window closes.
  • If a student faces delays due to personal reasons (late login, poor internet connection, device issues, electricity failure, etc.), it shall be considered the student’s responsibility.
  • No refund, rescheduling, or compensation will be provided for missed or delayed participation.
  • Only in the event of a technical failure from ExamChamp99’s side (platform outage, server error affecting all users), the company may reschedule or compensate affected participants at its sole discretion.
  • By subscribing and participating, the user accepts full responsibility for ensuring stable internet, working devices, and timely login.

Rewards & Scholarships

  • ExamChamp99 is an educational subscription platform which are based on participants knowledge, skills & abilities and not a betting or gambling platform.
  • As per the latest Government of India regulations. All quizzes offering monetary rewards or scholarships are conducted free of cost for our subscribed users.
  • Rewards on our platform are strictly in the form of:
    • Scholarships (educational financial assistance to meritorious students).
    • Study materials & gadgets (laptops, tablets, smartphones, headphones, books, accessories).
    • Recognition certificates & digital awards.
  • Scholarship amounts (if any) will be directly transferred to verified bank accounts.

Prize Substitution Clause

  • In case a declared prize (e.g., laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) is unavailable, discontinued, or out of stock due to supply/market conditions, ExamChamp99 reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of the same or higher value and category.
  • The substituted prize will be selected to match the utility and price range of the originally announced reward.
  • No requests for specific models/brands will be entertained once substitution is made.
  • All rewards are subject to verification of student identity, eligibility, and fair play compliance.
  • By participating, users acknowledge and accept that:
    • Scholarships/Prize money are solely for academic/ financial support purposes which will be transfer within 72 hours after result declaration.
    • Prizes may be substituted with equal or higher value alternatives or money (if any alternative is unavailable).
  • Physical prizes will be delivered within 7 working days. In case any delay in shipment same will be communicated to the student via e-mail confirmation.
  • TDS deduction will be done from any prize / reward / scholarship above Rs.10,000/- as per Indian Government Norms.

Fair Play

  • Cheating, hacking, or unfair means will result in account suspension.
  • Automated bots, screen-sharing, or multiple logins during quizzes are prohibited.
  • The company’s decision on disputes is final and binding.
