Rules & Regulations

1. Age & Identity Verification

• Participants must provide accurate DOB and ID proof if requested.
• Falsification of identity will lead to prize cancellation.

2. Subscription & Payment

• Subscription fee is mandatory and non-refundable.
• Auto-renewal (if chosen) can be canceled anytime in account settings.

3. Contest Guidelines

• All contests will have pre-declared start/end dates and prize structures.
• Winners are chosen strictly based on performance, rankings & not on luck/lottery/random selection basis.
• Ties will be resolved by pre-declared tie-breaker rules.

Tie-Breaker Policy

In case two or more students score the same marks in an exam/quiz:

1. The student who joined/registered earlier for that specific exam will be ranked higher.
2. Accordingly, the ranking list will be reshuffled to reflect this adjustment.
3. Rewards, scholarships, or prizes will then be distributed strictly as per the new updated ranking.

If joining times are also the same (extremely rare), ExamChamp99 reserves the right to apply a secondary tie-breaker method such as:

• Shorter time taken to complete the quiz.
• If still no winner is declared, prize money will be equally distributed amongst all the winners.

ExamChamp99’s decision regarding tie-breaking and final ranking shall be final and binding on all participants.

4. Prizes & Disbursement

• Winners will be notified via app notification, SMS, and email.
• Users must provide valid bank details (for scholarship transfer) in case of eligibility only.
• Unclaimed prizes within 60 days will be forfeited.

5. Company Rights

• ExamChamp99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel contests in unforeseen situations.
• The platform can block/suspend accounts suspected of fraud.
• All decisions of ExamChamp99 are final.

6. Legal Jurisdiction

• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Delhi, India.
